• All user data (including any goals, bowls you build, or settings) is stored directly on your device using SwiftData.
• If you choose to back up your device via iCloud or a local backup method, your data may be included in that backup, but VegFull itself does not transmit or store any data externally.Subscriptions & Purchases
• VegFull subscriptions are managed through the App Store. The app is free so no personal information is shared.Third-Party Services
VegFull may use external services solely to provide and improve the core functionality of the app. At this time, we do not employ any analytics or advertising SDKs that track personal usage. If we add new services in the future, we will update this policy.Feature Requests (Wishkit)
VegFull integrates Wishkit to let you submit optional feature requests. If you choose to use this feature, you may provide your email address so we can follow up on your request. Providing your email is entirely voluntary; Wishkit handles any submitted data securely, and VegBowl does not collect, store, or access your information beyond facilitating your request.Changes to This Policy

All VegFull branding, code, and non-user content are our property unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce our content without explicit written permission.Disclaimer & Liability
• VegFull provides nutrition estimates for guidance only. We’re not medical professionals—always consult a qualified expert for personalized advice.
• The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Step Chef LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• In no event will 3 Step Chef LLC or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or interruption, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.Limitation of Liability

• 3 Step Chef LLC grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; Family Sharing and volume-purchasing exceptions apply.Maintenance & Support
• 3 Step Chef LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support services as specified herein or required by law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.Warranty

• You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a U.S. Government embargoed or terrorist-supporting country and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list.Governing Law & Venue
• These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms (and the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and 3 Step Chef LLC regarding VegFull.Dispute Resolution
